To me the best thing about this portion of the book is the clarity and gradation of the material. I didn’t, and for that reason I didn’t get as much out of this book as I had hoped I would. I guess I’ll keep on looking for a book that digs deeper going to try Ekman and Darwin after this. He filmed many hours of interviews with psychiatric patients, searching for certain expressions or gestures that might indicate the type and severity of mental disorders.
