Has anyone got uvision3 to perform under windows 10 as it did in windows 7? This is especially important for any while! Atmel has also a few more registers kejl to more peripherals. Time to take a thorough look at the tool invocations as documented in the list and map files.

When I copied the win7 libary files accross to the win10 installation, the win10 build produced an identical hex file to the win7 build. When I compare this library, between the win7 and keiil installation, they are different.
I have some very old firmware builds I need to maintain, which were built using uvision3 on windows 7. Anyway you should use the right header and check if it kei, hangs the reason is probably somewhere else.
The hint solved my problem.
The code runs well but sometimes the controller got hang up. I have one more query. The header is REG51F.

Be sure to have a loop timeout on any such code or you will have problems with hangups. Setting aside that you wrote Win10 for both, which doesn’t make sense, those aren’t quite “compiler objects”. Or you have library paths configured to look in strange places.
