Hi Helen I don’t have the booklet with me but from memory, it just says to work them in whenever you want, particularly in Phase 3. This is just what I was hunting for, and you got it right.

What equipment is involved in the workout? He only did the three day a week workout schedulw missed some of them. After all 10 moves are completed there is about a minute a little more actually rest and then the 10 moves are repeated again 2 more times progressing in difficulty each time through.

I always like a workout that includes burpees. Like I said though for an experienced fitness seeker that just needs something to get them back in it this could be just what you are looking for. A former Marine, cyclist and avid weight trainer, life got in the way and I gained 30 lbs. I would not recommend it for a true beginner or anyone that is in really good shape.
