Camelia is a normal girl for the most part, but an event happens that changes everything. What will she do now that she doesn’t have Ben to support her and sense when she’s in danger? Ben denies ever saving her life, and claims, he is being mistaken for someone else. The guy is like a sad, annoying version of Edward and the girl is just dumb. Literally they’re in love within two seconds and she acts as if its the biggest deal in the world whe Good concept, awful writing style.
However, I think I will take a break from this series for a while because I was just going through the fourth book Deadly Little Voices and at the end Camelia chooses Adam; and I’m team Ben all the way so- and I know this sounds crazy- but I won’t be able to manage the heartbreak 3. The whole diary entry backstory that was introduced in the first book continues here from another perspective.

Have you actually got anything noteworthy going on in your life? And everyone at Camelia’s school. I didn’t know if I would like to story line, and boy was I pleasantly surprised!
I just fariq why that one thing had to happen.
I really enjoyed the book because Stolarz creates a great amount of suspense. Their scenes together were a roller coaster of emotions, further compounded by Camelia’s budding relationship with Adam, the new guy at Knead. After the heroine has her house broken into, receives creepy pictures of herself and starts getting death threats she decides something strange might be happening.
Deadly Little Lies
Not to ny whenever she was with him she was generally thinking about Ben anyway. Wait – did you hear that?! I just hope she appreciates all my efforts—all my work to make her happy. Camellia spent three months wondering about the boy, wanting to thank him for saving her life.

Which in a way is a heartbreak to Camelia’s father, who really liked Adam. She would have been a lot safer. Before Camelia gets to thank him for saving her life the mysterious guy disappears.
This book hold the record for scarying me out of my wits while reading it. Ben’s an intriguing character but you don’t get close to him either. I love Laurie’s writing style and I can’t wait to read more of her books.
Two guys, one girl.
Camelia Hammond is starting her last year of school, but instead of looking forward she can’t help but look back, to three months ago at the end of the last school year when her life was saved by a beautiful boy who then disappeared. The girl is stalked and kidnapped and then two pages later she’s laughing with her friends about how strange the whole situation was Yup, I think I’ve heard it before.
I can’t really remember, which is another bad point for this book. When Camelia is targeted by a The Deadly Little Series is a string of faris following the life of sixteen-year old Camelia who falls in love with the mysterious Ben, despite rumors of him being responsible for his girlfriend’s death. But just as Camelia and Ben’s romance began to heat up, he abruptly left town. After she was safe he kissed her then left town.
Aside from telling Laruie about Julie, we know nearly nothing.
Some secrets shouldn’t be kept I have to say that I don’t usually like creepy in a book, but the creepiness and mystery of this book is what kept me reading. Authors need to make their heroine have flaws. Refresh and try again. Reminders for the next book – Camelia – She also has the gift of psychometry through sculpture.
It’s nice to know there a few people who don’t care about what others think and what they think of others. Who could it be? Although the first book seemed like a stand-alone, theres a whole long series surrounding this premise.
Stolarz found sales success with her first novel, Blue is for Nightmares, and followed it up with three more titles in the series, White is for Magic, Silver is for Secrets, and Red is for Remembrance, as well as a companion graphic novel, Black is for Beginnings. At the same time, Camelia begins receiving gifts, phone calls, and notes from what is apparently a secret admirer, whom later begins stalking Camelia. Ben does have a secret, but is it that he’s a murderer or is it something else?
Deadly Little Lies, the sequel to the first book in the series, Deadly Little Secret, definitely lives up to its promise of more suspense, romance and plot twists.
She is an amazing writer and is my favorite author. I loved the romance.
Deadly Little Secret (Touch, #1) by Laurie Faria Stolarz
But what really irritated me is the fact that Camelia never told her parents or the authorities when the stalker’s behavior got exceptionally creepy and this didn’t seem realistic at all. Who was stalking her again?
And once again, Ben ends up saving her life.
